Timea has been a financial advisor for more than 20 years, and is a leader in her community. She is an active citizen, lending her professional skills as a board member to such local organizations as the Rotary Club of Burlington Lakeshore and previously, the Burlington Art Center.
She was one of the first financial advisors in the country to earn the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) designation, the most established and recognized designation for financial planning in divorce. She was also one of the first financial advisors in Canada to be trained in the Collaborative process in divorce. She has been a guest lecturer at McMaster University on financial planning and has been invited on numerous occasions by both private and government organizations to address financial planning issues for women.
With these qualifications and a high commitment to continuing education, Timea offers her clients customized solutions for their investment, estate, tax and retirement planning. Providing solid financial advice to achieve positive results is her number one priority.
